System status
An automatic weather observation system at one airport now uses meteorological observation equipment produced by the Vaisala company in Finland. The three meteorological equipment points in the west, middle and east of the site were respectively constructed with optical cables, and the Vaisala meteorological observation data was transmitted to the air traffic control building using the Guangzhou Yinxun telephone optical transceiver. Shown in Figure 1:
Project Overview
There is an old Vaisala automatic weather station in the west and Changchun automatic weather station in the middle. The two automatic weather stations need to be connected to the existing telephone optical transceiver/ZMUX-3032 and transmitted to the air traffic control terminal through the optical cable to unified monitoring and management.
At the same time, there are three meteorological equipments in the west, middle and east to the original spare copper resources of the air traffic control building. In order to fully utilize this part of the resources and improve the safety and stability of the whole communication transmission system, it is necessary to add a set of Vaisala meteorological observation data copper transmission system to achieve mutual backup between optical cable and copper cable.
solution
1. Existing telephone optical transceivers/ZMUX-3032 in two meteorological equipment points in the west and central regions, respectively expand the 1 channel meteorological observation data module, and connect the 1 channel old Vaisala automatic weather station data and the 1 channel Changchun automatic weather station data respectively. Enter the existing telephone optical transceiver / ZMUX-3032, and transmit it to the air traffic control building through the optical cable.
2. Add 1 set of PCM multiplex equipment/ZMUX-3030 in the west, middle and east, and connect and transmit data from multi-channel meteorological observatory stations; add 1 set of modem/SDP-12 in the west, middle and east. The 2-wire copper cable transmits one E1 signal. Shown in picture 2:
Normally the optical cable is selected as the main transmission mode, and the copper cable is used as the backup transmission mode. When the optical cable or telephone optical transceiver fails, the meteorological observation data can be switched to the copper cable for transmission to ensure the user service continues to work; when the optical cable or optical transceiver returns to normal, the meteorological observation data can be switched back to the optical cable for transmission, and the optical cable and copper can be realized backups 1+1 protection.
