Solution description:
A traffic communication system is composed of an optical transceiver and a PCM device. Its main function is to ensure the information sharing and real-time transmission between the subsystems of the intelligent transportation system, ensuring that various control commands, real-time data and static basic information in the system can be transmitted quickly, effectively and accurately, realizing the monitoring areas and the central point-to-point fiber transmission and completes the transmission of data information between each office station and the center station.
The following communication system adopts the star network mode, that is the point-to-point structure, one point and one fiber, each monitoring point is basically distributed in a grid shape, and the data of each external field monitoring area and office point are uploaded to the central station through respective optical fibers. It constitutes a star optical transmission network. Fiber optics has been laid at each station, and each monitoring point and office is equipped with a future expansion function, which is diverged outward from the central station center. TV monitoring images, traffic signal information, electronic police system information, road vehicles monitoring, recording system information and so on into each point.In order to save optical communication channel construction and equipment investment, TV surveillance images and red light violation record/control information can be multiplexed to an optical channel and transmitted to the traffic command center, the video can be accessed to screen projection system to monitor different intersection conditions.
