1. MB-1 and NDB-200 communication transmission scheme
Through the communication with some technical personnel of some airport customers, the currently used MB-1 pointing beacon and NDB-200 non-directional beacon are transmitted through copper lines. However, in view of the large attenuation of copper transmission, poor anti-interference ability, inconvenient maintenance and other factors. It is necessary to transform the original copper cable into optical cable transmission. Two sets of transmission equipment are needed to transmit the remote station MB-1 and NDB-200 signals to the air traffic control building.
2. MB-1 and NDB-200 communication transmission - solution
Based on fiber-optic transmission MB-1 and NDB-200, Guangzhou Yinxun Company recommended ZMUX-3032 integrated service access equipment.
One unit ZMUX-3032 is installed in the remote station and the air traffic control building, and the MB-1 and NDB-200 signals are connected to the ZMUX-3032 user interface for transmission through the optical fiber.

Normally, the MB-1 and NDB-200 signals are transmitted through the main E1 channel. When the main E1 fails, ZMUX-3036 automatically switches to the spare E1 channel transmission; when the main E1 returns to normal, ZMUX-3036 automatically switches back to the main E1 channel transmission. The entire switching process is automatic switching of the system, no manual operation is required, and the switching can reach the level of no damage, that is the switching process service is not interrupted.
3)Some airport users also proposed two channel fiber optic back up protection transmission or one channel terrestrial fiber and one channel wireless microwave protection transmission requirements. The centralized monitoring system can be installed in the monitoring room of the air traffic control building. It can monitor the whole network equipment of the central office and the remote station in real time. It can monitor: transmission link status, link protection status, user port status, etc., and can query the system fault log and Logs such as link failures and user port failures during a certain period of time.
